Our mission is simple; provide a beautiful, peaceful, and romantic space for your wedding day. We provide the pallet, your personality provides the paint.
The Barn Site Services:
Maximum 150 guests including the wedding party
Barn and ceremony site available from 9:00 a.m. for decoration and rehearsal
Six hours allowed for the actual event. This is the time from the beginning of the ceremony until the reception concludes. Guest must depart by 11:00 p.m.
High backed Chiavari chairs and 6’ round tables for up to 150 guests. Placement of tables and chairs included.
Eight-foot banquet tables for the bridal party
The main dining and reception area is 40’x60’ with a 15’x15’ wood dance floor
Massive natural cotton drapes frame the entrance
Assortment of vintage tables, crates, and other items available for your use
You may bring in other items to reflect your unique style
The reception area itself features ancient hand-hewn timber frame construction with our signature mason-jar-chandeliers and over 2,000 twinkle lights
Newly constructed, spacious and rustic restroom building with handicapped accessible facilities and total of three restroom stalls with handmade metal sink.
The Milk Parlor, a welcome place on the lower level of the barn for your guests to gather and enjoy appetizers and a cocktail following the ceremony. This amazing space is creatively lit utilizing wood and metal pulleys to showcase the stonewall, the bark-covered ceiling joists and hand-hewn beams. An eighteen-foot handmade ash farm table runs down the center of the space graced with vintage metal chairs and stools to add warmth and a festive celebratory atmosphere.
You may bring in your own alcohol, but you are required to use our bartenders (extra fee based on guest count, hours, and what is served), Craft Event Bar, www.crafteventbar.com
You can select the caterer of your choice, but they must be licensed. We do not have kitchen facilities
Outdoor landscape lighting
Fire pit lit at dusk at your request, seating area along a rock wall backed by perennials
Use of two commercial grade portable air cooling units available on hot summer days and four 30” oscillating, quiet wall fans
Use of four large propane heaters available if needed, fuel included.
Live music, DJ or playlist is allowed. Music must be played at a reasonable volume throughout the event and cannot exceed specific decibel levels after 10:30 and must conclude at 11:00 p.m.
You have until midnight to remove all of your decorations and place all trash in the containers. Clean up staff handles the tear down of the tables and chairs.
Your caterers should take away their trash prior to departure, making it easier for you to take out rhe remaining trash prior to your departure.
Please adhere to the midnight deadline and be sure that all trash put into the the trash bins between the barns.

Guests may leave their cars overnight, but they must be picked up by 11:00 a.m. the following morning.

Ceremony Site Services Includes:
There is a stately stone home at Canyon Run with a dressing room and restroom for the exclusive use of wedding party, photographer, stylist etc. Available for up to 2-1/2 hours prior to the ceremony.
Prior to the ceremony, please remove all of your personal items from the home, no reentry
In the lower bank barn is a second dressing area, three barn with benches and mirrors
The Woods: Walk up the path and through a ten-acre field of native Ohio wildflowers to reach The Woods. Exchange your wedding vows under a canopy of trees on top of a scenic ridge overlooking the canyon on each side. A corkscrew willow sculpture provides the arbor and gives structure to the woods. Quiet and secluded, this space includes wooden benches for guest seating.
Setup and site preparation staff
There is a lane off Rangeline Road with VIP parking in the grass lot outside of the woods for handicapped and elder guests
Two 6-passenger limo golf carts are available from 9:00 a.m. to 1-1/2 hours following the ceremony. Great for shuttling guests and getting around the 153 acre property for photos. You provide responsible drivers.
The ceremony site is set up with wood benches to seat up to 150 guests.
Curly willow arbor creates the perfect natural woodland backdrop
All outdoors areas are treated with natural insect repellant to keep the mosquitos at bay
The Garden: If you prefer an open setting, there is a garden area close to the barn. A natural stone stairway leads to a grassy area that backs up to the creek. Not available when the ground is too wet. Seating and arbor not provided in the garden space

Prior to your wedding, we offer a complimentary consultation to review your plans and answer any questions. At your request, we are happy to advise and assist.
This is strictly a non-smoking venue. This is a historic barn, built in the 1850’s. Smoking must be confined to the fire pit area where containers for butts can be found.
No open flames in the barn. You may use battery-operated candles, if candlelight is desired. Sparklers allowed near the fire pit and 10 yards away from the barn.
No glitter or small metallic confetti.
If you wish to use wedding confetti, please use the type that will disintegrate as soon as it gets wet, or birdseed. No balloons, rice, traditional confetti or other non-eco-friendly material.
No RV’s or large trailers
We have a list of vendors and a quality, affordable linen service that we can provide to assist with planning.
