Step into enchantment. The 1850's barn loft at Canyon Run Ranch, where sunlight dances through the weathered barn boards, casting a warm glow on this historic gem. This rustic yet romantic wedding venue is a hidden treasure for nature-loving couples. Located just 15 minutes from I-75, Canyon Run Ranch offers seclusion and tranquility, far away from the hustle and bustle. Nearby Troy, Ohio, a charming county seat, provides excellent dining and lodging options. Our ranch is nestled in the wooded, hilly terrain of the Scenic Stillwater River Valley, offering a picturesque backdrop. The 170-year-old authentic bank barn, meticulously restored in 2013, retains its original rustic charm. It's an idyllic setting for both your wedding ceremony and reception, with seating for 150 guests on chiavari chairs and round and/or rectangular tables. For your comfort, we provide evaporative air coolers and heaters. Adjacent to the barn, you'll find a unique outdoor restroom, crafted from repurposed materials in the barn's style. Vintage doors from a late 1870's stone home and a handcrafted metal sink add to its charm. This facility offers three stalls, one of which is handicapped accessible. In the lower level of the bank barn, you'll discover a second get-ready space, the former stables transformed to serve as preparation areas. With ample space, benches, mirrors, and clothing hooks, it's a practical and delightful space for your preparations. For Cocktail Hour, the Milk Parlor is an ideal spot. Lit with Edison bulbs and creative pulley fixtures, this airy space features exposed original joists and tree trunks harvested on the property over 170 years ago. A 19-foot farm table, made from a grand Ash Tree on the property, is the centerpiece. Vintage-inspired mixed seating and benches create a relaxed atmosphere, allowing your guests to savor cocktails and appetizers while soaking in the rustic charm and rich history of Ohio's countryside.
