Situated in the scenic Stillwater River Valley, couples wed in a romantic forested chapel, capture memorable images against naturally beautiful backdrops, share appetizers in the charming Milk Parlor, and celebrate under thousands of lights in the authentic, historic bank barn.

Pricing for Ceremony and Reception

Fridays and Sundays in May or June - $5,999 
 Saturdays in May or June - $6,999 
Fridays in July or August - $5,849

Deduct $1,000 for ceremonies held off-site, i.e. church service

Ceremony Services

• Private apartment for the bride/groom and attendants 
• Dressing area for the bride/groom in the lower level of the barn
• Complimentary use of two 6-passenger golf carts and one 8-passenger Ranger to shuttle guests with mobility issues to the ceremony site
• Secluded ceremony site on a ridge in the woods with bench seating for 150
• Signature artisan-made curly willow arbor
• The historic barn in the event of inclement weather

Reception Amenities

• Use of the barn and grounds from 9:00 a.m. to midnight
• Venue coordinator
• Setup of venue-provided chivari chairs, your choice of round tables or rectangular tables for up to 150 guests
• Massive cotton drapes at the main entry and across the barn beams
• 1,000s of twinkle lights with wagon wheel chandeliers and candelabra
• 100s of Edison lights in the Milk Parlor and outdoor bistro area
• Charming restrooms with three private stalls, handicapped accessible
• Use of decorative items such as vintage tables, easels, log slices, signs, etc.
• Fire pit with wood provided, lit at dusk
