Newly constructed, spacious and rustic restroom building with handicapped accessible facilities and total of three restroom stalls, a baby changing table and an artisan-made metal sink. Quality soap and paper products included.
The Milk Parlor, a welcome place on the lower level of the barn for your guests to gather and enjoy appetizers and a cocktail following the ceremony. This amazing space is creatively lit utilizing wood and metal pulleys to showcase the stone wall, the bark-covered ceiling joists and hand-hewn beams. An eighteen-foot handmade ash farm table runs down the center of the space graced with vintage metal chairs and stools to add warmth and a festive celebratory atmosphere.

Use of two commercial-grade portable air-cooling units, four 30” oscillating wall fans, 3 floor fans
Use of three large propane heaters available if needed, fuel included.
You have until midnight on Friday and Saturdays, 11:00 p.m. on Sundays, to remove all of your decorations and place all trash in the containers. Canyon Run staff handles the tear down of the tables and chairs.
Please adhere to the deadline and be sure that all trash put into the trash bins between the barns.

Wedding coordination available at a special rate through Craft Event Bar.
Emcee and DJ service is through Craft Event Bar or No Limit Entertainment. If you prefer, you can rent our professional sound system for $500.00, plus a $500.00 deposit, and use your playlist. Music must be played at a reasonable volume throughout the event and must conclude at 10:30 p.m. on Fridays and Saturdays; 9:30 on a Sunday. No outside DJ’s or emcee’s permitted.
Live music is welcome for the ceremony and cocktail hour, but no live bands for the reception.
You may bring in your own alcohol, but you are required to use Craft Event Bar to serve (extra fee based on guest count, hours, and what is served), Craft Event Bar, www.crafteventbar.com
You can select the caterer of your choice, but they must be licensed. We do not have kitchen facilities. Your caterers should take away their trash prior to departure.
Optional specialty linens available, price depends on the quantities, sizes, and fabric chosen.
Honey from Canyon Run Apiary is available for wedding or shower favors
Olive, Canyon Run’s vintage camper photo booth, is available with a photo guest book
Parking
Parking area between the bank barn and the tobacco barn
Overflow parking is down the lane parallel to the Canyon Run creek.
Parking assistance provided
No parking in the private residence driveway, except for one vehicle to download all of the items from the bridal dressing room.
Guests may leave their cars overnight, but they must be picked up by 11:00 a.m. the following morning.
Fire pit
Firewood provided and lit when you request it.
Smoking is restricted to this area only. Damage deposit is automatically forfeited if this rule is not followed.

Dressing Rooms
There is a two- bedroom efficiency apartment at Canyon Run with two private dressing rooms, sitting room, kitchenette, restroom and large outdoor deck for the exclusive use of wedding party, photographer, stylist etc. Available from 9:00 a.m. until the start of the ceremony.
Complimentary mimosas served to the bride and attendants.
Prior to the ceremony, please remove all of your personal items from the apartment, no reentry
In the lower bank barn is a second dressing area, four stalls with benches and mirror
The Ceremony
The Woods: Walk up the path and through a ten-acre field of native Ohio wildflowers to reach The Woods. Exchange your wedding vows under a canopy of trees on top of a scenic ridge overlooking the canyon on each side. A corkscrew willow sculpture provides the arbor and gives structure to the woods. Quiet and secluded, this space includes wooden benches for guest seating.
There is a lane off Rangeline Road with VIP parking in the grass lot outside of the woods for handicapped and elder guests
An 8-passenger Ranger is available to your setup crew to get décor to the woods. A key will be provided to the photographer for photos at golden hour.
Two EV 6-passenger limo golf carts are available from one hour prior to the ceremony to shuttle guests from the parking areas to the woods. The 8-passenger Ranger is also available. You provide responsible drivers over the age of 18. The keys are taken after the guests and wedding party arrive at the barn.
The ceremony site is set up with wood benches to seat up to 150 guests.

The Garden: If you prefer an open setting, there is a garden area close to the barn. A natural stone stairway leads to a grassy area that backs up to the creek. Not available when the ground is too wet. Seating and arbor not provided in the garden space

This is strictly a non-smoking venue. This is a historic barn, built in the 1850’s. Smoking must be confined to the fire pit area where containers for butts can be found.
No open flames in the barn. You may use battery-operated candles, if candlelight is desired. Sparklers allowed near the fire pit and 10 yards away from the barn.
No glitter or metallic confetti.
No balloons, rice, traditional confetti or other non-eco-friendly material.
We charge a $50.00 fee for all outside rental deliveries and pickup outside of your wedding day (furniture, linens, china, photo booth, etc.)
No RV’s or large trailers
Booking Your Wedding:
A non-refundable deposit of $2,000 is needed to reserve your date. The remaining balance is divided into three equal payments due at approximately equal intervals from the date you pay your deposit until two weeks prior to your event. A damage deposit of $450 will be added to your final payment, and is refundable within 14 days following your event, assuming no damages or outstanding balances. Venmo is the preferred method of payment. Venmo is a free app owned by PayPal that allows for free money transfers. Our account is under @CanyonRunRanch.We also accept checks payable to Canyon Run Ranch, 395 N. Rangeline Rd., Pleasant Hill, OH 45359. We reserve the right to cancel your reservation if payments are not received within 30 days of the due date. We reserve the right to make changes to services, as needed. No refunds will be issued. All payments are non-refundable. In signing this agreement, you are assuming full responsibility for all damages, expenses, and losses, including theft and property loss caused by any person who attends, participates in, or provides goods and services connected with the use of the facility and all property. The responsible party must have an active homeowner’s insurance policy. Any liability claims against Canyon Run Ranch, LLC cannot exceed the cost of services.
