The Milk Parlor, a welcome place on the lower level of the barn for your guests to gather and enjoy appetizers and a cocktail following the ceremony. This amazing space is creatively lit utilizing wood and metal pulleys to showcase the stone wall, the bark-covered ceiling joists and hand-hewn beams. An eighteen-foot handmade ash farm table runs down the center of the space graced with vintage metal chairs and stools to add warmth and a festive celebratory atmosphere.

Decorations must be removed, and trash placed in containers by midnight on Fridays and Saturdays, and by 11:00 p.m. on Sundays.
Canyon Run staff handles the tear down of the tables and chairs.

Main parking along Canyon Run creek lane.
No parking in private residence driveway except for unloading.
Cars must be picked up by 11:00 a.m. next day.

Smoking is restricted to this area only. Damage deposit is automatically forfeited if this rule is not followed.

Dressing Rooms
Two-bedroom apartment with private dressing rooms, kitchenette, restroom, and deck for bridal party's exclusive use from 9:00 a.m. until ceremony.
Complimentary mimosas for bride and attendants.
Personal items must be removed before ceremony, no reentry.
Lower bank barn has second dressing area with four stalls and mirrors.
The Ceremony
The Woods: Ascend through a ten-acre field of native Ohio to exchange vows under a canopy of trees on atop a scenic ridge overlooking the canyon. A corkscrew willow arbor gives structure to the woods. Quiet and secluded, this space includes wooden benches for guest seating.
VIP parking in the grass lot outside of the woods for handicapped and elder guests
An 8-passenger Ranger is available to your setup crew to get décor to the woods. A key will be provided to the photographer for photos at golden hour.
Two EV 6-passenger limo golf carts available one hour prior to the ceremony to shuttle guests from the parking areas to the woods. You provide responsible drivers over the age of 18. The keys are taken after the guests and wedding party arrive at the barn.
Arbor and wood benches for up to 150 guests. Space available for handicapped guests.
All outdoors areas are treated with natural insect repellant

Wedding coordination available at a special rate through Craft Event Bar Collective.
Emcee and DJ service provided by Craft Event Bar Collective or No Limit Entertainment. Music volume must be reasonable and conclude by 10:30 p.m. on Fridays and Saturdays, and by 9:30 p.m. on Sundays. No outside DJs or emcees allowed.
Live music is permitted for ceremony and cocktail hour; no live bands for the reception.
Beverage service must be provided by Craft Event Bar, a fully licensed bar service company. Alcohol can be purchased from Cherry Street Bottle Shop or you may bring your own.
Caterer selection allowed, but they must be licensed. No kitchen facilities available; caterers responsible for bussing tables and removing trash. Drop off catering is not permitted.
Optional specialty linens available, price depends on the quantities, sizes, and fabric chosen.
Honey from Canyon Run Apiary is available on a limited basis for wedding or shower favors
Olive, Canyon Run’s vintage camper photo booth, is available with a photo guest book
Booking Your Wedding:
To reserve your date, a non-refundable deposit of $2,000.00 is required, with the remaining balance split into three equal payments due before your event. A $450 damage deposit will be included in your final payment, refundable within 14 days post-event, pending no damages. Prefer payment via Venmo @CanyonRunRanch or checks. Credit cards not accepted. Failure to make payments within 30 days may result in reservation cancellation. We reserve the right to make adjustments as necessary. No refunds will be issued. All payments are non-refundable. As Canyon Run Ranch, LLC, we prioritize providing a memorable and seamless wedding experience for our clients. However, it's important to note that certain factors beyond our control, such as inclement weather or power outages, may occur. Therefore, we want to make it clear that we cannot be held responsible for any disruptions caused by natural occurrences. We advise couples to consider purchasing wedding insurance to safeguard against unforeseen circumstances. By signing this agreement, you acknowledge and accept this disclaimer. Additionally, in signing this agreement, you are assuming full responsibility for all damages, expenses, and losses, including theft and property loss caused by any person who attends, participates in, or provides goods and services connected with the use of the facility and all property. The responsible party must have an active homeowner’s insurance policy. Any liability claims against Canyon Run Ranch, LLC cannot exceed the cost of services.
