Woodland Ceremony Services:

• There is a private apartment with two dressing rooms, kitchenette, bathroom and large outdoor deck for the exclusive use of the wedding party, photographer, stylist etc. 
• Second dressing area in the stables of the bank barn 

The Ceremony

• The Woods:  Quiet and secluded, this space includes wooden benches for guest seating. 
• Setup and site preparation staff
• There is a lane off Rangeline Road with VIP parking in the grass lot outside of the woods for handicapped and elder guests
• The use of two new EV 6-passenger limo golf carts, and one 8-passenger Ranger included. You provide responsible drivers.
• All outdoors areas are treated with natural insect repellant
• The Garden:  If you prefer an open setting, there is a garden area close to the barn.  A natural stone stairway leads to a grassy area surrounded by the creek, the Canyon Run.  Seating and arbor not provided in the garden space

The Reception

• High backed Chaivari chairs with seat cushions and 6’ round and/or banquet tables for up to 150 guests.  Placement of tables and chairs included.
• 8’  wood banquet tables for the bridal party or the buffet setup
• Massive natural cotton drapes frame the entrance and adorn the beams inside the barn
• Assortment of vintage tables, crates, and other unique decorative items available for your use
• You may bring in other items to reflect your unique style
• The reception area features original hand-hewn timber frame construction with our signature mason-jar-chandeliers and over 2,000 led twinkle lights
• Spacious and charming restroom building. Handicapped accessible facilities with three restroom stalls, a diaper changing table and a handmade metal sink. 
• The Milk Parlor, a welcoming space on the lower level of the barn for your guests to gather and enjoy appetizers and a cocktail.   This amazing space is creatively lit utilizing wood and metal pulleys to showcase and an 18-foot handmade farm table made of the ash trees lost on the property. The stonewall, bark-covered ceiling joists and hand-hewn beams reveal the authenticity of the barn.  Graced with vintage metal chairs and stools contribute to the warm and festive celebratory atmosphere. 
• Craft Event Bar Collective, Miami Valley's premier event service, provides customizable bar service, you may bring your own alcohol. Cost of these services are not included in the rental price. www.crafteventbar.com. Craft Event Bar is automatically booked when booking Canyon Run Ranch.
• You can select the caterer of your choice, but they must be licensed. We have recommendations.
• Barn and ceremony site available from 9:00 a.m. for decoration and rehearsal
• Outdoor landscape lighting
• Fire pit lit at dusk at your request, seating area along a rock wall backed by perennials
• Use of two commercial grade portable air cooling units available on hot summer days and four 30” oscillating, quiet wall fans
• Use of three large propane heaters available if needed, fuel included.
• DJ service and professional sound system available through Craft Event Bar  Collective.
• Guests must depart by 11:00 p.m. for Friday and Saturday weddings, 10:00 p.m. for other nights, and you have until midnight to remove all of your items, bag up the linens, throw out the trash, and turn out the lights.

Parking

• Lighted parking areas
• Guests may leave their cars overnight, but they must be picked up by 11:00 a.m. the following morning.

Fire-pit

• Firewood provided and lit at dusk
• Smoking is restricted to this area only

Ceremony Site Services:
The Land

• 82 acres of wooded hillsides
• 40 acres of Ohio wildflowers
• A series of small, natural waterfalls in the Canyon Run Creek
• Wetland area at the rear of the property near to the Stillwater River
• Authentic 1850’s era bank barn

Other Items of Note:

• Venue Coordinator included to assist with planning and provide vendor recommendations.  Complimentary on-site consultation to review your plans and answer any questions 2 to 6 weeks prior to your wedding.   
• Quality linen service available at a discounted rate
• This is strictly a non-smoking venue.  This is a historic barn, built in the 1850’s.  Smoking must be confined to the fire pit area where containers for butts can be found.
• No open flames in the barn.  You may use battery-operated candles, if candlelight is desired.  Sparklers allowed near the fire pit and 10 yards away from the barn.
• No glitter or small metallic confetti.
• If you wish to use wedding confetti, please use dried flowers or birdseed.  No balloons, rice, traditional confetti or other non-eco-friendly material.
• There is a $50.00 fee for all outside rental deliveries (furniture, linens, china, photo booth, etc.) made anytime other than that day.
• No RV’s or large trailers

Booking your event
A non-refundable deposit of $2,000.00 is needed to reserve your date.  The balance is divided into three installment payments. We do not accept credit cards.
