We are so delighted you’re considering our venue for your wedding! We have curated a package to accomodate our couples and we collaborate with Craft Event Bar Collective for their expertise. Craft Event Bar Collective positions itself as more than just a bartending service, offering a range of event-related services to enhance the overall experience for your wedding.

Exclusive use of Canyon Run Ranch’s expansive grounds for preparation, ceremony, social/cocktail hour, and receptions for up to 150 guests for 15 hours on Friday and Saturday, 14 hours on Sunday.

6 hours of event time.

Handmade ash benches in the wooded ceremony site.
The Milk Parlor graced with Edison lights, outdoor bistro area
Reception in our historic 1850’s bank barn with dance floor, draping, and 1000’s of twinkle lighting, historic wagon wheel chandelier.
Use of a selection of four- and five-foot rounds, and six- and eight-foot banquest tables.
Ivory padded Chiavari chairs in the reception barn.
Complete setup and breakdown of tables, chairs per agreed upon floor plan.
Three uni-sex restrooms, included handicapped accessible restroom.
Private use of the Get Ready space includes private outdoor deck, 2 dressing rooms, bathroom, kitchenette and indoor seating area from 9:00 a.m. to the start of the ceremony
Two 6-passenger EV golf carts to shuttle guests from the parking area to the woods
Greet guests upon arrival and guide parking.
Use of Canyon Run Ranch’s property for portraits prior to the wedding day.
One on one consultation 6-4 weeks prior to wedding to finalize details, develop a floor plan and select linens (cost of linens not included)
Curated list of talented vendors, unlimited email assistance
Various decor items such as decorative tables, log slices, vases, bottles, jars, signs, faux florals etc.
Join us for a Cocktail Tasting/Open House to try cocktails, catering dishes, and view decor choices. Exclusive to booked couples.
